Student Conference on Computer Simulation in Science and Engineering – 2025

We are pleased to announce that the Student Conference on Computer Simulation in Science and Engineering – 2025 will take place on 6-7 November 2025.
The event is jointly organized by the Interdisciplinary Center for Computer Simulations  (ICCS) of the Yukhnovskii Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of the NAS of Ukraine and the Ukrainian Catholic University (UCU).

The conference has an interdisciplinary focus and is dedicated to the computer simulation of the physical world in all its diversity, covering various fields of science and technology, including physics, mathematics, chemistry, biology, engineering, information technology, linguistics, and more.

Conference Topics:

• Computer simulation of many-particle systems
• Continuum mechanics
• Algorithms for computer simulation and high-performance computing
• High-efficiency visualization
• Machine learning in modelling
• Bioinformatics
• Specialized software packages for computer simulation and visualization
• Communication tools and network technologies for high-performance computing
• Hardware and software for high-performance computing

The conference will feature presentations by undergraduate and master’s students from Ukrainian universities.

Location: UCU Campus, Lviv, 2 Kozelnytska Street, Academic Building, Room 016 (Lecture Hall).

Time: 6–7 November, from 18:00 to 21:30.

Working languages: Ukrainian and English.

Format: Hybrid.
The event will be held in a hybrid format, with in-person participation especially encouraged.
For those unable to attend in person, online participation will be available via Zoom.
