We consider a fluid with a repulsive and an attractive components of the double Yukawa potential of inter-particle interaction confined by a hard wall. By solving the Ornstein-Zernike equation we obtain analytical expressions for the pair correlation functions and the particle density profile. The effect of the nature of interaction on thermodynamic and structural properties of the system is analyzed. The contact theorem for the particle density profile is verified. Analytical expressions for the adsorption coefficient are calculated.
