The approach for the description of kinetics with the account of large-scale hydrodynamical transport processes for the quantum Bose system is offered. The nonequilibrium statistical operator who consistently describes both the kinetic and nonlinear hydrodynamic fluctuations in quantum liquid is calculated. Using this operator the bound equations for quantum one-particle distribution function and for functional of hydrodynamic variables: densities of momentum, energies and number of particles, are obtained.
