Using Zubarev nonequilibrium statistical operator method a statistical description of dusty plasma in the self-electromagnetic field is performed. The generalized hydrodynamic transfer equations are obtained in which the transfer kernels renormalized taking into account kinetics of dust particles and depend on the state of electromagnetic field.
