Statistical model which describes the diffusion processes of magnetoactive atoms adsorbed by magnetoactive metal surface and takes into account magnetic dipole-dipole interaction, is proposed. The spatially inhomogeneous system of transport equations is derived. These equations describe diffusive and magnetostriction processes for magnetic dipoles, adsorbed by magnetoactive metal surface.
