In the case of weakly non-equilibrium processes in chemically reacting mixtures the system of reaction-diffusion transport equations for number particle and pair distribution function fluctuations is obtained. These equations are nonlinear ones with respect to the fluctuations. The case of the Markovian approximation for generalized transport kernels is analyzed and the reaction "association--dissociation" is considered as an example.
