A two-phase spatially inhomogeneous system of point-like particles of ion-dypole mixture in porous media with a sharp interfacial plain is considered. Replica nonuniform Ornstein-Zernike equation is used for the discription of screening effects of electrostatic interactions. The expressions for two- and one-particle screened potentials have been obtained and their asymptotics have been studied as well.
