Institute for Condensed Matter Physics

On Wednesday, the 18th of June 2014, the diploma Doctor Honoris Causa of the Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of NAS of Ukraine will be presented to doctor Jean-Pierre Badiali of Pierre and Marie Curie University (Paris, France).
The award ceremony will take place at the ICMP conference hall (1, Svientsitsky str.) at 3:00 pm.

Doctor J.-P. Badiali will give the inauguration lecture
“A new approach of Statistical Mechanics: Applications”.

On May 6-8, 2014 Ising Lectures will take place at the Conference Hall of the Institute for Condensed Matter Physics. Ising Lectures are an annual workshop on modern problems of phase transitions and critical phenomena orientated mostly towards young scientists.
