The application of partially modified semi-automatic algorithm for scientific terms identification is described in this paper. The set of research papers of a given topic within several disciplines were analyzed. The combination of linguistic and statistical approach to the analysis of texts gave a possibility to get the list of the most important terms. These terms can be used to reveal the spectra of subtopics in the set of selected publications within each discipline.
