The model like the periodic Anderson one is used for investigation of influence of the subsystem of intercalated particles on the electronic band structure of the GaSe-type crystals in the framework of the study of electron spectrum of the layered nanohybrid structure with a stage ordering. Changes of the electron spectrum and the density of electronic states caused by the interpackage intercalation are analysed for such stage ordered layered crystals.
