In this work we develop the approach which allows us to investigate  the phase transitions in the hard-core Bose-Hubbard model beyond the mean-field approximation. We perform the expansion in powers of the boson hopping parameter and obtain the equation for the boson concentration. We build phase diagram and compare our results with the results of the mean field approximation.
