Here we present a new method for calculation of the density of states of disordered metals based on Lloyd's method of T-matrixes within generalized Zaiman's theory. Influence of dynamic properties of ionic subsystem on electronic structure of metals is considered within non-elastic scattering approximation responsive to dynamic structure factor of Debye's and Einstein's models.
