We obtained non-markovian kinetic equations in the second Born approximation for two--zone semiconductor, excited by femptosecond laser pulse. Both collisional dynamics and initial correlations are taken into account. The problems of energy balance in the presence of quasiparticle damping and relaxation of the system to equilibrium is considered.
