On the basis of the effective Hubbard model one has proposed the statistical description of reaction--diffusion processes for gas particles absorbed on the metallic surface. The system of transport equations for description of particles diffusion as well as reactions of syntheses is obtained. One has carried out the analysis of the contributions of all physical processes to formation of diffusion coefficients and chemical reactions constants.
