Theory of non-linear hydrodynamic fluctuations in super dense thermo-nuclear plasma is formulated by making use the non-equilibrium statistical operator method. The statistical model of a synthesis in deuterioum-deuterium and deuterium-tritium thermo-nuclear plasma is studied on the basis of the suggested approach.
