We have discussed the transition from kinetic level of the description of granular magnetics in external magnetic field to hydrodynamic one. One has obtained the equations of Navier-Stocks hydrodynamics and considered a possibility of calculation of both generalized thermodynamic functions and transport coefficients by analysis of experimentally observed structural characteristics of granular lava--like fuel--containing masses. One has also analized a possibility of calculation of nonlinear hydrodynamic fluctuations around steady states of granular magnetics driven by external field in the context of magnetic separation.
