A theory for an associative ion-dipolar mixture near a uniformly hard wall is proposed. The Ornstain-Zernike equation for this system is completely solved in the associative mean spherical approximation (AMSA). Analytical expressions for the adsorbtion coefficient, polarization, potential drop and differential capacitance are obtained.
