An analysis of monitoring of aqueous solutions of radioactive elements in ground water of the Chornobyl zone is carried out. Main factors of radionuclide migration with subterranean and ground water of the industrial area of the object "Shelter" and places for temporary location of active wastes are analysed. Phenomenological and microscopic transport equations for description of migration processes of radionuclides with ground water and through clayey screens are presented.
