Members of NAS of Ukraine
Born on 26 May 1960 in Ternopil region. He graduated from Physics Department of Ivan Franko Lviv State University in 1982 and got his Ph.D. degree in 1988 and his degree of Doctor of Sciences in 2000. Igor Mryglod became corresponding member of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. for specialization “Soft matter physics, statistical physics” in May 2006. He is the Head of Department for Quantum Statistical Theory of Catalytic Processes since 2002, and is rewarded with the S. Pekar Prize of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. (2003). Igor Mryglod is also awarded by the honorary diploma of the Verkhovna Rada (Parliament) of Ukraine (2004) and by the insignia "For scientific achievements" of the Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. (2008). He is the author of more than 300 scientific papers published in Ukranian and international journals. He holds the post of Director of the ICMP of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. since May 2006.

Born on 16 June, 1957 in Lviv, Doctor of physical and mathematical sciences (1998), Professor (2005), full member of the Shevchenko Scientific Society (2006), full member of the National Acad. Sci. of Ukraine (2021). Graduated from the Ivan Franko University of Lviv (1979). Ph.D. thesis: Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics (Kyiv, 1984), (supervisors: acad. І. Yukhnovskii and Prof. I. Vakarchuk). After postgraduate studies he worked at the Lviv department of the Bogolyubov Institute for Theoretical Physics, from 1990 – at the Institute for Condensed Matter Physics, NAS of Ukraine. An invited professor at: Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, Johannes Kepler Univerität Linz (Austria), Université Henri Poincaré (Nancy, France), Ukrainian Catholic University (Lviv), Coventry University (UK).

Born on 29 October 1943 in the village Cherniyevi of Ivano-Frankivsk region. He graduated from Ivano-Frankivsk Pedagogical Institute (1965) and completed his postgraduate studies in Ivan Franko Lviv State University (1969). Myroslav Holovko worked in the Lviv department and later in Lviv Division of Statistical Physics of the Institute for Theoretical Physics of the Academy of Sciences of Ukrainian SSR in 1969-1990 (Institute for Condensed Matter Physics of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. since 1990). He got his Ph. D. degree in 1970, his Doctor of Sciences degree in 1981. Since 1985 Myroslav Holovko holds Professor degree and since 2003 is the corresponding member of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. He is author and co-author of about 450 scientific papers.

Born on 31 July 1963 in Drogobych of Lviv region. He graduated from the Physics Department of Ivan Franko Lviv State University with honors in 1985 . Taras Bryk works in the Lviv branch of statistical physics of ITP of Acad. of Sci. of UkrSSR since 1987. He is Doctor of Sciences since 2005, Head of Department for Computer Simulations of Many-Particle Systems since 2007. He was Deputy Director in 2006-2021, and since June 10, 2021 holds the post of Director.
