On the basis of results of spectral-luminescent characteristics research for dielectric crystals of different structure, activated by lead ions, possibility of creation of lead-containing nanocrystals is shown, that can model mechanism and reasons of creation of different crystalline inclusions into LFCM. Spectral-luminescent parameters of K$_{2}$LaCl$_{5}$-type mono- and nanocrystals, activated by Ce$^{3 + }$ ions, let us suppose, that crystalline inclusions of U$_{z}$Zr$_{y}$O$_{x}$, ZrSiO$_{4}$, FeSiO$_{4}$, U$_{1 - x}$Zr$_{x}$SiO$_{4}$-type may concentrate the sources of $\alpha $-, $\beta $-, $\gamma $- rays ($^{239}$Pu, $^{241}$Am, $^{244}$Cm, $^{137}$Cs). Mechanical destruction of lava under influence of $\alpha $-, $\beta $-, $\gamma $- rays may promote going out of lava the crystalline inclusions of above-named composition.
