Raman scattering in systems with locally anharmonic elements of structure
The microscopic approach, which is based on presentation of polarizability operator using unaveraged Green's functions built on dipole moment operators, is used to calculate the cross-section of Raman scattering. For the case of strong coupling approximation the relation of this method with standard approach is revealed. Frequency dependence of Raman scattering intensity for different values of model parmeters and for different polarization of scattering and incident light is investigated. Pseudospin and electron contributions to scattering are taken into account.
