Aggregation of lead ions in the crystalline matrix with CsCl type structure
The results of the investigation of aggregation processes in the crystalline matrices with CsCl type structure activated by Pb$^{2+}$ ions are reported. The peculiarities of spectral-luminescent and luminescent-kinetic characteristics of Pb-based nanocrystals embedded in the halide crystal matrices are explained on the basis of an assumption about the influence of quantum confinement effect and the of matrix hydrostatic pressure. The strong and weak confenement effects have been described by the example of CdS and CuCl nanocrystals embedded in the crystalline and glass matrixes. Aggregation process of impurity cations Pb$^{2+}$ and anions X$^{-}$ (F, Cl, Br, I) with creation of CsPbX$_{3}$ and CsX nanoparticles under the activation of crystalline matrices by PbX$_{2}$ was studied.
