Brief info:
Born on 14 June 1973 in Kamyanka-Buzka of Lviv region. He graduated from the Physics Department of the Ivan Franko Lviv State University (1995). Roman Melnyk was Ph. D. student of ICMP of Ukr. Nat. Acad. Sci. of Ukraine (1995-1998) and got his Ph.D. degree in 2004. He works as scientific secretary since 2006.
