An approach for the account of influence of an ionic subsystem of the semi-infinite metal on characteristics of a non-uniform electronic gas is presented. In a basis of this approach there is a perturbation theory on an electron-ionic pseudopotential. Calculation of the effective interionic potential is made and influence of a surface of the semi-infinite metal on it is investigated.
