Non-polar dielectric in external electrostatic fields is considered. The expression for configuration integral of dielectric with inductive dipole momentum is obtained. The interaction between dipole momentum has oscillate character. The influence of long-range interaction on quantity of inductive dipole momentum is valued. The dielectric permittivity is calculated.
