Carpathian Hiking Tour
A two-day tour to the Carpathian Mountains (the Transcarpathian region) will take place after the end of the conference on July 7-8 (Sunday-Monday). The brief overview of the trip is as follows:
- Day 1: Departure from L'viv (around 8 am) - the Urych fortress (Tustan) - waterfall Shypit - hiking to the mountain Gemba (1491 m) (halfway by a chairlift), Borzhava valley.
- Day 2: Breakfast and departure (around 8 am) - Sinevir pass (Carpathian panoramas) - Synevyr National Park (the brown bear rehab shelter + Synevyr lake) - village Kolochava (museums) - return to Lviv (around 10 pm).
The approximate price of a trip is 45 EUR. It covers travelling by comfortable bus, accommodation for 1 night, guide support, excursions, entrance tickets, travel insurance.
