Accommodation
Lviv is one of the major tourist destinations in Ukraine. Therefore, the hotels are booked for a couple of months ahead. That is why we strongly recommend you to arrange your accommodation well in advance. We can suggest the following options to book the hotel:
- you can use the online hotel reservation service BOOKING.COM :
which provides a lot of options for reservation, starting from the 5-star hotels down to the low cost hostels; - we have reserved rooms in some university hotels:
- the hotel of I.Franko Lviv National University. The hotel has single (price 460 UAH per night) and double (price 575 UAH per night) rooms, no meal service;
- the hotel of Lviv Polytechnic National University. The hotel has dormitory-type double and triple rooms (price 180 UAH per night).
To make use of the reservations for the university hotels, please send an e-mail to statphys2019@icmp.lviv.ua, indicating the room you want to book, as well as the arrival and departure dates. Please note that the number of rooms reserved by the Organizing Committee is limited. Reservations for these rooms are made on a first-come-first-served basis, as soon as the confirmation from the participant will be received.
Warning
The Organizing Committee does not have any arrangements with agencies regarding lodging of the participants during the StatPhys2019 conference and we will never put the participants in the position of having to give their credit card information.
