Conference fee
The Workshop Fee is an all inclusive-package that covers local expenses: registration (admission to all scientific sessions, workshop materials, coffee breaks, certificate of attendance), accommodation (three nights; double occupancy with separate beds), meals and refreshments (including breakfasts on June 22-24 and lunches on June 22 and 23), social events (welcome mixer on June 21 and banquet on June 23, city sightseeing) and the airport-hotel-airport transportation.
A limited number of single bed rooms will be available for an extra charge.
For accompanying persons, the fee includes the same meals and refreshments, accommodation (shared), local transportation, and all guided tours.
The Workshop fees have been set as follows:
Main option (recommended) with accommodation in Premier Hotel Dnister
- 300 EUR if paid BEFORE April 22, 2017
- 320 EUR if paid AFTER April 22, 2017
- 90 EUR single bed accommodation surcharge
- 200 EUR accompanying person fee
Cheaper (economy) option with accommodation in University Hotel
- 245 EUR if paid BEFORE April 22, 2017
- 265 EUR if paid AFTER April 22, 2017
- 15 EUR single bed accommodation surcharge
- 200 EUR accompanying person fee
The Workshop fee may be paid via bank transfer or during the registration at the registration desk.
