Registration

1. Fill in and submit the online registration form before May 1, 2025.
2. For each type of presentation, prepare a one-page abstract in LaTeX and submit it to statphys2025@icmp.lviv.ua before May 15, 2025. The abstract template is available for download from the Abstracts page.
3. All abstracts will be reviewed by the Program Committee. If any questions arise, we will contact you for clarification. Upon completion of the review process, you will receive an acceptance notification along with an invitation letter. After acceptance, you will need to pay the registration fee by July 15, 2025, following the instructions sent to your email.
4. The Organizing Committee does not accept applications from participants (or their co-authors) from russian or belarusian organizations.

Free for students and invited speakers

700 UAH for locals (with Ukrainian’s affiliation only)

150 EUR for nonlocals (from other countries, and Ukrainians with affiliation of foreign organizations)
