Poster Session Guidelines
The poster session will be held in person only.
We kindly ask all poster presenters to mount their posters well before the start of the session on August 28 at 18:00.
Presenters are expected to be available at their posters throughout the entire session (August 28, from 18:00 to 19:40) to discuss their work with interested attendees.
Posters should not exceed 594 mm (width) × 841 mm (height) — A1 paper size, portrait orientation.
We are pleased to announce that five poster awards will be given at the conference.
- Three winners will be selected by a jury of poster session chairs.
- Two winners will be selected by popular vote among conference participants.
