XIX Workshop and Award for young researchers in the field of statistical physics and condensed matter theory
The 19th Workshop is dedicated to the 50th anniversary of the foundation of the Lviv Department for Statistical Theory of Condensed State of the Institute for Theoretical Physics (May 1969), which gave origin to the Institute for Condensed Matter Physics.
The aim of the Workshop and Award is to promote the studies of young researchers in statistical physics and condensed matter theory as well as to establish scientific relations among young researchers from different scientific centres of Ukraine.
The best studies of young researchers will be distinguished by the Competition Committee with Special Individual Awards.The applicants should not be older than 35 years of age at the time of applying.
Program includes:
- Invited lectures of top experts in statistical physics and condensed matter theory(50 min)
- Contributed talks of the Award applicants (20 min)
- Short communications of young researchers(15 min)
