Title: ON THE ACCOUNTMENT FOR MULTIPOLE MOMENTS OF PARTICLES IN THE SCREENED POTENTIALS FOR INHOMOGENEOUS ION-MOLECULAR SYSTEMS

The screened potentials of two-phase ion-molecular systems with plane dividing surface with accountment of the quadrupole napments of molecules are obtained. It is shown that, neglectance of quadrupole interactions leads to the correct expressions for ion-dipole inhomogeneous systems. The screened internyticle interactions for inhomogeneous systems in the absence of ions in any of phases are characterized by dipole-like decay at large distances.
