Scientific area of interest:
Electrolyte, polyelectrolyte and protein solutions - ion-specific phenomena. Surfactants and colloids. Water modeling- Hydrophobic effect. Interfacial phenomena. Fluids in confined systems. Partly-quenched systems (absorption and dynamics). Integral equation theory - associated systems. Computer simulations (Monte Carlo, Molecular dynamics). Our group has the expertize in experiment (transport and thermodynamic propertis of solutions; SAX scattering, Dynamic light scattering) and theory (integral equation approach, thermodynamic perturbation theory, simulations).
